1、业主述：我所希望的是人的身心可以处在一个生态氛围中，抚慰精神、让身体回到健康的状态，从物像亦是到意像，人在其中，从空间到精神在回归自然的浪漫循环。

经过繁复选址，最终，我选择了在北仑最高写字楼的顶楼，这家花园店不为别的，只因梦想于此。

这家花园店既是为梦想而诞生，那是应该要以怎样的面貌来呈现出呢？设计师陷入沉思

在和业主反复不断的交涉中，业主说：”想要在有益于身心健康的室内、在郁郁葱葱的顶楼花园深处，将纷繁复杂的工作和生活搁置，全身心的享受。”在团队几轮探讨得出结论，回归最初的理念，就以世外桃源为设计主题，这也契合了梦想一词。

既是世外桃源，就像文中所述“林尽水源，便得一山，山有小口，仿佛若有光。便舍船，从口入。初极狭，才通人。复行数十步，豁然开朗。土地平旷，屋舍俨然，有良田、美池、桑竹之属。”因位于顶楼比作“林尽水源”，将整个第36层比作“一山”。

“初极狭，才通人。复行数十步，豁然开朗。”这便是潜木设计平面的思路。

Owner: What I hope is that people's body and mind can be in an ecological atmosphere, soothing the spirit and returning the body to a healthy state, from physical images to images, people in it, from space to spirit, returning to the romantic cycle of nature.

After complicated site selection, I finally chose the top floor of the tallest office building in Beilun. This garden store is not for anything else, but because of the dream.

Since this garden store was born for a dream, what kind of appearance should it present? The designer fell into contemplation

In the repeated negotiations with the owner, the owner said: "I want to put aside the complicated work and life in the interior that is beneficial to physical and mental health, in the depths of the lush rooftop garden, and enjoy it wholeheartedly." After several rounds of discussions, the team concluded that returning to the original concept, the design theme was a paradise, which also fits the word dream.

It is a paradise, just like what is described in the article: "When the forest ends and the water source comes out, there is a mountain with a small opening, as if there is light. So we left the boat and entered through the opening. It was very narrow at first, but it was passable. After walking a few dozen steps, it suddenly became clear. The land was flat and spacious, with neat houses, fertile fields, beautiful ponds, mulberry trees and bamboos." Because it is located on the top floor, it is compared to "the forest ends and the water source", and the entire 36th floor is compared to "a mountain".

"It was very narrow at first, but it was passable. After walking a few dozen steps, it suddenly became clear." This is the idea of Qianmu's design of the plane.

2、仪式感：世外桃源是如何被叙述的？叙事空间又该如何调动观者的感知与情绪？潜木设计想要唤起一种仪式感和质量感，从而创造出不同体块的层次，这些层次结合起来创造了一个简单而有趣的卡座休闲区，由晶莹剔透的琉璃与时间沉淀的老木头融合而成。它自然地展现了世外桃源的意境。

如何控制阳光的射入，调整角度，是对空间产生的新韵律的把控。项目位置独特，顶层靠西，能看到最美的夕阳，随着季节和时段的不同，阳光照射的角度也随之变化，光线在空间内部自然流动，构建丰富的空间层次，推移时光的影像。斑驳光影化作无声的语言，让光和不同材质进行对话，人自然获得一种惊喜和满足，穿行其间也变得更加有趣。

Sense of ritual: How is the paradise described? How should the narrative space mobilize the viewer's perception and emotions? Qianmu Design wants to evoke a sense of ritual and quality, thereby creating different levels of blocks, which are combined to create a simple and interesting booth leisure area, which is a fusion of crystal clear glass and old wood that has been precipitated by time. It naturally shows the artistic conception of the paradise.

How to control the entry of sunlight and adjust the angle is to control the new rhythm of the space. The project has a unique location. The top floor is to the west, where you can see the most beautiful sunset. With different seasons and time periods, the angle of sunlight also changes. The light flows naturally inside the space, constructing a rich spatial level and moving the image of time. The mottled light and shadow become a silent language, allowing light and different materials to communicate. People naturally get a sense of surprise and satisfaction, and it becomes more interesting to walk through it.

3、空间情境：园林设计讲究变幻动线，及一步一景之体验。潜木设计在空间中结合园林之意，打造高空游园之势。石板、青瓦、稻草、水流。听水的声音，看晃动的光影，或许这才是生活的样子。场地里有序组织不同的空间情境，通过情节引领，建构了富有叙事性与文学性的记忆之所。在这样的建筑内向外看去，自然的视觉引发的情绪与思考才是建筑本身存在的价值。

Spatial context: Garden design emphasizes changing movement lines and the experience of one scene at a time. Qianmu Design combines the meaning of gardens in space to create a high-altitude garden. Slate, blue tiles, straw, water flow. Listening to the sound of water and watching the swaying light and shadow, perhaps this is what life looks like. Different spatial contexts are organized in an orderly manner in the venue, and through the guidance of the plot, a place of memory with narrative and literary qualities is constructed. Looking out from such a building, the emotions and thoughts triggered by the natural vision are the value of the building itself.

4、业主述：当我走过各处不同的SPA馆，考察着不同的美学艺术、人文风情，反复的选取推翻敲定终于呈现出了璞晞云境，它通过质感而非形态表达意境，通过建筑的方式来构筑梦境，也用自然意象表达，这也是我想打造出一家空中花园店概念的初心。多年来一直未完的心愿在这一刻也终能够得以实现。

在这样一个生态氛围中抚慰精神、让身体回到健康的状态，从物象到意象，人在其中，从空间到精神再回归自然的浪漫循环。疗愈的不仅是身体，更是心灵，真希望每一个即将来到这里的人，都能在心里种下一片星空花园。

Owner's statement: When I walked through different SPAs, inspected different aesthetic arts and cultural customs, I finally presented Puxi Yunjing after repeated selections and overturning. It expresses artistic conception through texture rather than form, builds dreams through architecture, and expresses with natural images. This is also my original intention to create a sky garden store concept. The unfulfilled wish for many years can finally be realized at this moment.

In such an ecological atmosphere, soothe the spirit and let the body return to a healthy state, from physical images to images, people are in it, from space to spirit and then back to nature in a romantic cycle. It is not only the body that is healed, but also the soul. I really hope that everyone who is about to come here can plant a starry sky garden in their hearts.
